Finding it tough out there. Well so are we all. Life is on hold until this crisis is over, so we just have to keep our spirits up by staying positive, Eating well and find a routine for ourselves every day helps.
Sit ups, Squats, Or like Dermot do a few laps of the “BLOCK” every day.
